Drop to 2G when sending an MMS

Anyone else notice their TMO 4G phone drop to 2G when sending picture messages? ๐Ÿ˜•
Then it goes right back to saying 4G.

Faceboook for android location issue

I don't know what gives. I have the Galaxy 3 on ICS. The latest version of FB for android. When I update my status it no longer says "Near dallax tx" next to my post. IT shows the city name in grey at the bottom right corner before I post my status but it only says "Just now" not "Just now near dallas tx" when I post a status. Can anyone help? I already re-installed, checked my GPS, etc.

Android ICS release

Anyone here have any TMobile insider info on whether or not the ICS release is definitive for 5/15? My device, Samsung Galaxy S II, is on the list to get the upgrade.

Looking to Switch??

My company has come to the end of our Sprint contract and we are not sure if we want to stay. We are looking at TMO mostly due to equipment pricing. How is their customer service? Do you get the runaround when trying to get a phone repaired? How is their billing, accurate or always needing corrections? How well does the Wi-Fi calling feature work? We understand that every carrier will have problems, but the sales people give you fantasy answers and I am looking for reality to make our decision. Anyone have any major negative experiences with TMO?
What are the positives about TMO and what are the negatives about TMO?
Thanks

Retail Sales Leader

Any T-Mobile employees in this position? If so, can you tell me what you think of it? Is the pay fair? That kind of things, I got an offer but not 100% sure if I should take it.

Thanks

No T-mobile store carry Samsung Galaxy S III 32 GB?

Is there a shortage? How come no retail store or even amazon.com carry Samsung Galaxy S III 32 GB? I was told the 32 GB is only available online through T-mobile site for a 2 yr contract. I was hoping to buy the phone outright. Online auction site mostly cells white color and seldom seen pebble blue. When is this going to be available on amazon or Tmo store?

Any disadvantage of value plans

Looking at the SIM only 'value' plans.

http://explore.t-mobile.com/phone-sim-card »

The store rep told me that coverage is reduced with these plans. Is that true, is there less roaming or something? Any other disadvantages over the other more expensive post paid plans?

Thinking Of Switching

I am currently a Verizon customer, however my contract is due to end during the month of August. Verizon has done away with the Unlimited plan that I have and was wondering what T-Mobile can offer me technology wise that say Sprint or even ATT can.

Thanks

I just have to get this out of my system.

I worked for T-Mobile for 4 years and recently left the company.

They are the single most dishonest and evil companies I've ever dealt with.

I will never deal with them again.

I would go into more detail, but it may not be appropriate.

Buyer beware. This company is one of the worst in existence.

TMO Monthly 4G plans

TMO has a $30/Month 100 minute unlim text & web plan available online.
I'd like this plan but not with any of the phones they offer with it.
To activate one of these plans you need a SIM card (obviously), a prepaid code (from the box the phone came in), and the IMEI number from the phone.

These three things minus the SIM lead me to think if I provided my own phone, say an HTC One S without the prepaid code and IMEI being attached to that monthly 4G plan. That I wouldn't be able to get the plan phone combo? ๐Ÿ˜•
Or could I just order the $2 SIM and than call in and activate the $30 plan with another smartphone not on that plans list?

Clear as mud? Thought so. ๐Ÿ™‚
