I am currently with Cellular One, which is now part of AT&T. Your companies Consumer Reports scores were most impressive.
The nearest store to me is an hour away. Any chances your company will venture further north to the Twin Ports market (Duluth, Minnesota / Superior, Wisconsin)? Their are plenty of available storefronts in Superior, and I think adding a new carrier up here would be great, right now we have AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and Unicel.

I keep having to do warranty exchanges on my T-mobile HTC wing I am trying to figure out my best aproach just buy a different phone or the last time I talked to customer care they said next time they will offer me other phones to choose from. do any of you know what phones they will offer? why cant i buy a tmob phone in omaha nebraska when i have coverage here and so i have been told (by a fairly reliable source) that tmob's customer care office is here in town and they all get free phones here?

alright i have a dilemma i wanna get a new phone i have the sidekick id right now but i got stupidly i kind've regret getting it but now i am looking to upgrade my phone. I love HTC products and these are the 3 that i am choosing from: wing, dash, shadow.

I like the touch screen feature on the wing but i hear so many bad things about it.

I like the shadow but i hear i should just wait for it to come out with the second version which might be a touch flow device.

And then there is a DASH you cant go wrong with this device it does every thing.

So some one please help me decide

Are there any tricks to getting a discounted phone 3 months into a 2 year contract with out yelling and screaming.

I am left with are Wing and 8320 curve to consider...

has any one tested skype on wifi and called people on these phones.

can any one having the above mentioned phones try it (skype) on a wifi network and let me know about how they perform.

i have read a lot about wing being slow. i am not bothered if it takes 3 seconds for it to change the screen layout on opening...

Can it perform well on skype and wifi, basic internet browsing.

I stay in NC and we dont have T Mobile here. We have sucky SunCom and their service is horrific...it is even worse than Sprint.... I know that T Mobile brought Suncom but I am not sure when we will actually see T Mobile stores here. I love their plan prices 🙂 they are half of what I am paying now.... Does anyone know when the change will take place and if T Mobile plans on making the coverage BETTER than SunCom? Thanks

I still love the service and the rate plans are GREAT! But I am leaving T-Mobile very soon because I can not stand dealing with customers any more! You guessed it, I am a rep. I can't handle the stress of people taking all their frestrations (sp?) out on me. I can't help it if it's company policy and I won't bend the rules for YOU! I don't care if you've been a customer for 2 monthes or 10 years. I'm tried of you telling me your phones are your life and you need it because your life depends on it!

So it's great that t-mobile is starting to reveal some 3G phones, but one question remains. Is T-Mobile going to release 3G versions of some of it's existing phones. For example, the RAZR 2 or the Blackberrys, or the Shadow or something. I'm really wanting to upgrade right now, but I'm kind of on the fence because of the impending 3G launch.

the reason I went to T-Mobile, awesome customer service and same coverage and price friendly. That is what happens when a european company comes to the US, forward thinking and pricing.
AT&T Customer care closes @ 9pm and closed on Sunday, very inconvenient and treat you like a thief(and I was an employee)...T-Mobile is 24/7 and a pleasure to deal with.

Okay I've heard this phone is out for sale today. I also read that it is available online but I can't find it anywhere! How should I get it?

can someone having tmobile shadow tell me if-

i can use IMs ; yahoo and google talk specifically for chatting using the wifi connection and not any data plan or sms package

if not, can i take t-mobile 5.99 umlimited internet service and use that for chatting.

if i can call on skype using wi fi or 5.99 internet package

I have seen "unlocked" phones mentioned a lot around the internet, and I understand what they are - phones that are not associated with any one service provider's network. I see on web sites where you can purchase unlocked phones that it lists the carriers for which it will work.

So my question is, if I'm a T-Mobile customer, I put my SIM card into an unlocked phone, and then what? Can I use all the features? I'm sure my existing voice plan would work, but if I had, say, the T-Mobile Web plan would I still be able to access web pages? Or is there any other kind of set up that needs to be done to get all the functions to work properly on T-Mobile's network? If so, is it something really technical or could anyone do it?

I have been with Tmobile since 2002 and have 7 lines of service (I know, whoopie!). I live in Kansas and Tmobile has worked fairly well for me over the last 5 years, the price plans I did have and the customer service have been absolutely the greatest.

However recently, my experience with Tmobile has changed.

Starting in July, I was no longer able to receive signal in many of the places I had in the past, like my business. T mobile doesn't know why, I went through many troubleshooting options and even bought a new phone. T mobile claimed they were doing service enhancement in my area in the next 120 days. As of December 8 this never happened for my area.

Switching to T-mobile and hoping someone might recommend the best phone, I'm looking for a solid phone, I use it as my main phone and storing info (numbers, calender, personal info) I will probably not use e-mail or video, using it strictly for voice. My last phone is was a RAZR w/ Verizon, but my contract ends Dec. 15th, woot!

So both lines on my account are partially available for upgrade pricing. 1 line is up for full discount in January and the other in April. When I log in to MyTMobile my primary line - January - only shows\allows me to choose an upgrade at FULL price, whereas my 2nd line - April - gives me both options (Full and Partial Discount). I found this out because I went to a local store and they looked it up for pricing and said my primary line was not eligible, yet I knew I was close. I looked on-line and saw the same info so I have now called twice and have been told by CSR's that they will send it up and someone will call within 48 hours. I know it's silly since I can call and they have verified that I am eligible, but I want to make sure tha...

I have a Nokia N-76 and so anxious to make my first video call. I am not willing to port to another carrier, so T Mobile, when are you getting video Calling? Are there any other carriers in the US with this feature?
