This is probaly question that has already ben asked but with all the success that T-Mobile had at the AWS auction, what exactly are they going to do with all that spectrum that they bought??

ok my choice to upgrade to a pearl is in april and they told me that I would have to pay $150 to upgrade. I actually have two questions. Would I be able to keep my current plan or do i have to change plans? Second am I better off going to Cingular/ATT and getting more minutes and getting the phone free. My current plan I pay 39 for like 600 minutes since i dont use all of it but i end up paying close to $85 cause of unlimited text and insurance and what not. Im just trying to figure out the better deal. If I only have to pay $150 for upgrade without changing my plan I am set but if they make me change my plan am i better off just going to ATT? I hope this make sense lol

I currently use itunes and rhapsody to purchase music online. Im considering these two phones, but dont know if their compatible with either itunes or rhapsody. Any comments or opinions from users of these two phones would be helpful.

I am trying to register on my tmobile but I dont have my phone with me. it says that the password is sent to the handset. is there an initial generic password at first? I just need to check my bill and stuff online..cant use the phone for personal here.

Hello dealers, im a dealer from the mid west working with CDMA companies and im wondering how did you get a GSM master dealer? I have been looking for one for a long time because personally i believe more in GSM. I know its not custom to give out secrets like this but im sure none of you are in my neck of the woods anyway. I swear it seems i could name 6 master dealers who got Cingular and T-mobile on the east coast but when it comes to trying to find one here its damn near impossible

This is a gripe specifically about Activations reps and slightly about general Customer care reps. Most of you guys are awesome and in some situations I couldn't make our customers happy without you, but then like everything else there are a few bad apples.

In the past week I've had to do 4 port-ins onto prepaid phones. Everytime I call in to activations (which I know are the ones who handle this) I get transfered to Prepay customer care. Prepay customer care then transfers me back over to activations and the cycle starts again. Sometimes I end up over at Special Account Care. PLEASE STOP TRANSFERING ME!!! I've done this enough to know who to call. I realize that some reps don't know that they are the ones who are supposed to handle this,...
