I am currently with Cellular One, which is now part of AT&T. Your companies Consumer Reports scores were most impressive.
The nearest store to me is an hour away in Minong, Wisconsin. Any chances your company will venture further north to the Twin Ports market (Duluth, Minnesota / Superior, Wisconsin)? Their are plenty of available storefronts in Superior, and I think adding a new carrier up here would be great, right now we have AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and Unicel.
Hope to see your presence arrive in the coming year!

Unless Alltel can win some of the upcoming 700mhz spectrum, then don't expect Alltel to expand, as at&t & Verizon Wireless will not give up their 800mhz licenses for Alltel...

So...the Duluth market is stuck with Verizon, Sprint, Unicel, and AT&T? 😢

Can we trade Sprint for Alltel?? I am being 1000% serious.

There is a good chance they will be expanding via the 700 mhz spectrum auction. A few years from now they may be there basically. The airwaves are full were you are so they will have to get a new license from the FCC in the auction.

You can punch in your zip code at alltel.com and find out. But odds are you won't be able to. Unless you get a PO box in one of their service areas or know someone with an address there they will let you use. They'll only sell service in their native coverage because otherwise you would be roaming (free for you, but not for Alltel) on another carriers towers...

I did punch in my zip code and was surprised to not see the "we haven't reached your area yet" message. I was given options! I could choose the national plan, or the US plan, etc. So maybe with having a store in Minong, WI, Alltel does have its fingers up here.
