LG Wave Issue...
Hello all,
Does anyone out there with the Wave or that works for Alltel have this issue as it has happend to me and a customer now.
When I am in the store, I have had people call me on ocation but my phone doesn't ring and they get my VM. Even when I am not on it and full strenght. They said it rings the normal length too. This has now happend to a customer also who was just in here. When I check missed calls, they are not in there either. Same with the customer. Ideas anyone?

id flash the phone...other than that no clue. phones been great and havent heard of any problems.

Sounds like an MIN issue - Call in to tech support and they can toggle the issue in the switch to clear the issue with the phone not ringing. I have seen this happen on several diffrent phones... Also make sure your old phone is off if two phones are programmed with the same information it will cause issues. Again tech support should be able to help you give em a call 800-255-8351

I agree you should go to any corporate location and have the phone flashed which will update and correct the corrupted software issue in your phone.
