Alltel Going Unlimited?
There is a story on Engadget today indicating that tomorrow Alltel may launch its own unlimited plan but still citing that my circle is the better of the two.

I suppose it also means that IF the indicator that shows when you are roaming is flashing on and off, you're still OK to use your phone without having to pay roaming charges, but if it's a solid icon, like a triangle that doesn't flash on and off, you will incur roaming charges, right?
I suggested this idea a couple of years ago to another CDMA regional carrier, nTelos (Virginia and West Virginia carrier for the most part), and was laughed out of the room. Funny...what goes around, comes around. I think everyone will offer it before long. It might not be for everyone, but I think it will come to pass.
