Does Alltel have any Data Connectivity kits that are compatible with windows vista???....We've tried the ones out there but none of them will work on our laptop.

You don't need them. Get the USB drivers for your phone online and create a "dialup" network connection automatically. Use the USB modem as what to connect with. user name yourphonenumber@alltel.net, password- alltel, number to dial #777.

Alltel offers data kits for all the current line up of phones HOWEVER these data kits ONLY work with Windows XP not Vista - If you have Vista and want to teather you need to make a manuel connection and it will work fine.

The only data kits that work for vista straight out of the box are Motorola and Samsungs... none of the LG data connectivity kits work on vista... although I have never tried what themps was saying so give it a shot...
