Celltop / Replacement Of Phone / v3a Monster File
Hello,
I recently purchased a Motorola RAZR v3a and today all of a sudden the Celltop application started to act up. It won't save my widget placement, it won't connect to any thing that requires the network, and it always starts up with the "Celltop Setup", even though it's not my first time to start the application.
Any advice on what to do is appreciated.

Well, I have tried everything. I've Master Cleared, Master Reset, taken the battery out for 10 minutes, tried the Motorola Software Update, and still have had no luck.
Also, while I was text messaging last night, the phone froze and when I pulled the battery and restarted it, all of my contacts were gone (although my media was stil...

Take it back to the store you purchased it from. If you have had it less than so many days and so many minutes, they will probably exchange it for a new one. Otherwise they might try flashing it first then if that don't work, they will exchange the phone for you by mail with technical support.
