Alltel is in talks to buy-out Spint...this will boost our range and boost our sells, well after we fire all the dumbasses that have made Sprint such a horrible company!

I don't think Alltel's financials are in a position to assume the burden and restructuring costs that would accompany a Sprint purchase. Sprint is losing money/customers for reasons beyond just poor top level management.

With Alltel's roaming agreements with Sprint, why would they buy them, after all why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free

Only real instant benifits of buying out Sprint at this point would be to get service in major markets so all the Verizon fans can stop coming into this forum saying that it doesn't matter that we cover more land if we don't cover major cities.
