I am fairly new to working for alltel and i work in a call center for customer service, i have yet to sell an accessory. my feature revenue was well above goal for my first month but i cant seem to get the accessory sell. does anyone have any tips for how to sell accessorys. thanks

When you sell accessories don't ask if the customer wants a car charger or leather case - tell them it is what they are going to need for their new phone. Also bundel in the retail stores we are allowed to discount if customers buy multiple items - Tell the customer about how well it will work with their phone. Theres something out there for every phone (CLA, home charger, jump music kit, booster, and leather cases) I have sold $900.00 in accessories in the past 2 days... Hope that helps and welcome aboard!
