I'm sure when a company gets aquired the other has some "fine print" they have to agree to, who knows. There may be a chance that Verizon could also aquire My Circle or some of the nice pricing plans. Verizon will still have the upper hand considering they're the one buying and is the larger carrier but Verizon will have to consider that some seasoned Alltel customers have grown attached to My Circle. I'm a Verizon customer but also a former Alltel customer, wasn't very pleased with Alltel but I have to agree, My Circle was pretty cool.

Have a look at Verizon's acquisition history.

I can safely say you will not be keeping My Circle and will have to pay for what you have been getting free (if that has not already started in anticipation of a sale to Verizon to ease the pain)

Verizon will lose alot of customers if they do away with alltel's my circle and such plans that were started under Alltel, also if they did change them it would allow the alltel customers to break contract ..

When Verizon came here, everyone was kicked off of legacy plans. This was three years ago, maybe things have changed.
