merger guarantee??
currently im with alltel since 2005. ontime payments and rarly call in. i was wondering if alltel has any type of guarantee that my service wont be degraded or if there is going to be alot of billing problems?
I've already contacted verizon and they have not really given me a real answer.
BTW i have never had a billing problem with alltel

Verizon is in no way going to answer that, nobody knows exactly how the merger is going to work since it has not even gone through yet. I will say that verizon does a great job fixing any problems if they do pop up on you

yea i know. its just because i work for a third party call center for att and people call in on a monthly basis sometimes because of billing errors. so i dont want to call in everytime a bill comes out. do you know any policies regarding this?
