Are there ANY File-Sharing apps?

Are there any File-Sharing apps for Android like there are for the PC? Anything like Limewire/Soulseek/MP3RocketPro/eDonkey/eMule, etc? Any similar programs for the smartphones?

There is MP3 downloader Pro. Check the market there are a few that you would be able to download music from for free.

have you taken a look at Samba filesharing server for Android? you can Copy files and folders to and from your Android device using drag and drop

Here's a short list. 4Shared (Mp3's, Games, Documents,Movies) Red-Torrent, (Use it or any other torrent client to go to pirate bay and download the application you want), AppPlanet (This is only for Android apps, Not so much music)
