I just switched from the Android Incredible to the Samsung Android Charge. All email messages are cleared continually during the day. I have turned off Sync'ing and restarted the email application but there is no change. I use Comcast.net as my email provider and I have changed nothing there. Has anyone else had this problem? It has nothing to do with the limit as I cannot keep even one email message from not disappearing. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

I want a new TMo Android phone for Christmas. I currently have a G2. My new phone must have a qwerty keyboard. I wanted to upgrade to the MyTouch 4G slide bc of the 8mp camera and front facing camera. But I really wanted to wait altogether because I want a 5 row keyboard. Is it worth the upgrade yes or no?

My little sister had the Moto Cliq and wants the Sidekick 4G. Pros/cons? MyTouch would be the better phone or sidekick for a 19 year old?

I keep reading comments from androiders complaining about their phones crashing and rebooting without warning, etc. This has to be a software issue, eh?

So who consistantly makes an android that is stable and reliable? Do I need to root the thing to get rid of bloat in order to acheive stability? Or do I have to get last year's model to get mature software?

Anyone know about a cracked app that supports all devices? Ive been looking it up and the only one I found said it couldnt open the app. The rest have been removed.

is awesome. Just got a bluetooth headset yesterday for conference calls and now I discover I can listen to mp3s from my phone to my headset. Awesomeness for folks like myself in retail.

For the advanced users, where can I find them, are they compatible with any rom, and what is the benefit?

I know you can overclock the processor, but is that about it?

What are some good hacking Android phones on Verizon and AT&T?

I am out of the loop on those guys a wee bit and don't have much time to look at xda right now.

I received the G2x OTA (Over-The-Air) Gingerbread update Tuesday morning. I seem to be one of the first ones however. (Android 2.3.3, Kernal 2.6.32.9). It took about 11 minutes. It is only slightly different visually.

I haven't noticed any real differences, except that it hasn't "locked up" or re-booted itself....yet. Keeping fingers crossed :-)

I currently own a Blackberry 9700 which I loathe, for a lack of better terms, and I am looking to go Android, on T-Mobile.

The two phones I have in mind are the LG G2x and the upcoming HTC Sensation. I know that the LG G2x runs a stock version of Android and the HTC has the 'Sense'.

Aside from looks, what does HTC's custom user interface offer up that the stock Android does not? Is it a big deal, or mostly vanity?

And lastly, does the phone being version 2.2 or 2.3 really make a world of difference?

I'm really looking for some helpful insight, so if all you plan on saying is "HTC sucks!" or "LG sucks" or "Android sucks" or "Get an iPhone" or something empty-headed of that sort, please don't.

Has anyone else seen this? Its ugly. I just activated a CLNR phone for someone and BOOM there it was. Its ugly as sin but has added books and movies to the categories. Looks like the only option is to rent for 3.99 on movies.

This is a DX2 that I am looking at. Has anyone heard if this is only for this phone or it will be for any new android?

Also I noticed the verizon tab has disappeared, Which is sweet, because I want one of the AT&T specific applications.
