No one really seems to like the Windows phone OS, I don't have any past experience. I hear it used to be bad, but would that be a reason to continue judging it?
I'm interested in trying it out since I don't really have any negative preconceptions. What are your negative thoughts about this phone OS now?
...
I really like it. It's easy to use, and has a pretty clean user interface. Probably much easier to learn than Android, although I've never used Android. I sure as hell don't plan on using it either.
The only thing that pisses me off is the general attitude towards Windows Phone by the big carriers. Sprint/Verizon still only have one phone running Windows. Sprint doesn't seem to take it seriously, and they aren't even offering the recent updates which I certainly would like to have since it addresses 2 issues that I experience regularly.
I don't slam any OS any more, but I will get on someone that does. Check it out, and go for it. However, AT&T seems to be the only carrier that's serious about it. They have several phones now, and have...

Honestly, I like Windows Phone for its simplicity.
When I'm selling a phone to a customer who is utterly clueless to technology, but wants to text, I recommend windows phone.
It has a keyboard for texting, and nothing is simpler than a big, fat menu with huge colourful icons/tiles.
If that's too complex, I often recommend a set of tin cans on a string. lol.
...
About those tin cans I need to return them I tried talking to my sister but I have campbells and hers are healthy choice and I don't think they are compatible.

I bet your a fat commission earner with that attitude..

Windows phone require more hifi specs for any device. But android give you more facilitation at low specs. But now some trend will genrate by Microsoft. but may it may need some more time to capture market. 😁

I think the negative attitude towards Windows Phone probably has something to do with Microsoft's design choices over the past ten years or so.
Windows used to be a crisp and clean offering, and eventually became an operating system wherein the application windows took more CPU to render than the applications themselves.
Windows was a rip-off of MacOS, but it was nice and simple, so it didn't feel like it was a rip-off.
Now Windows is still a rip-off, but (presumably) thanks to updated patent law, looks pointlessly "different to be different".

Have you tried Windows mobile OS, or are you hating just because?
...
By the sounds of it hating just to be hating. Because Windows mobile since the early days have never looked like iOS. I personally love Windows Mobile and up until the annoucement of the Moto G I was dead set on getting the Nokia Lumia 520. Had the Moto G not offered so much at such a small price I would be rocking a Windows Mobile right now.
