most of the time after you put in the 111111 then "ok" you need to put in a service programming code. the default is usually "000000" sometimes it may be a sublock code. if "000000" dont work post the esn either in dec -which is 11 digits- or hex -which is letters and digits.. i think its 8 characters long. you should be able to program it then.
