How do I record my own voice mail message? Currently it's just the generic message. Also, I can't seem to access my voice mails because I need some number and I don't know what it is. Can anyone help?

No, every carrier is different. Has very little to do with the phone. It's a carrier thing, just call 611 and it will get you customer service. Or you could never post here again and we would all cry, yet not notice.
