Hi!
I have an issue with my Lg env3 phone. I have had the phone for about two years and it works wonderful. However two days ago when I flipped open to the keyboard, the screen flickered and went black. The screen currently is black and I would like it to get up and running again.

Hey Jim, sorry to hear about your phone. The LG Envy is a great phone. Not sure there is much that can be done for it, but I may have a better solution for you. LG has just released a newer more improved version of that phone called the Octane. It does all your EV3 does but better with the same familiarity you have with your EV3. If you have had that phone for about 2 years, you probably qualify for an upgrade. The Octane is only $79.99 with a new 2 yr agreement.
