So, who should I call to resolve this issue?????
Sent a phone to Nokia for repair last January. I called to do a follow up after 4-6 weeks. The rep I spoke with said that since the phone was not in stock to do a replacement, they would be sending a check for the pro-rated value of the phone. Told me it would take 7-8 weeks to receive it. Well that time passed and still hadn't received anything. So I called back. This time to find out they went ahead and shipped a replacement phone. Well guess what......the phone don't work!!!!!!!!!! It wouldn't register or activate on the Verizon network as it was not being recognized as a GPS compliant phone. So I called Nokia again.
