What happened to the nokia 7610??

I have been waiting patiently for the nokia 7610 to be sold in retail stores since it was only sold online and now its not even online.....What happened did the nokia 7610 get recalled and thats why its not on cingulars website anymore? if someone has the answer let me know because i called a retail location and they said its been discontinued?????how could this be?

No they went on special order since they werent big sellers if you call cingular they will ship you one
