I think it is worth the wait as N70 is starting to sell with some indirect phone dealers in the US. I plan to use T-mobile only, so will they do away with their 1900 and go to 850 also? And is it true that I won't be able to roam where they have agreements with cingular or will the 900 band pick up the 850 band and let me roam?
I'm a little confused about the N70/other 3G phones. I've read some places say that since its a 3G phone it won't offer the EDGE service and only works with the slower GPRS, and others say that even though its a 3G phone, it will support EDGE so I get faster t-zones... Can you clear that up for me? thanks alot. bye

# EGPRS, class B, multislot class 10 (UL/DL = 118.4/236.8 kbps)*
# GPRS, class B, multislot class 10

*Actual achieved speeds may vary depending on network support

If you get an unbranded, imported N70, EDGE should work. Once the import...
