I love my 6620 except for the damn speakerphone - it stays on constatnly - even when I have a headset connected. ANyone know how to shut this damn thing off?

I can travel to all points of Wisconsin and get a good signal with either USCC or ALLTEL. With Cingular I'm outta luck more often than not. Fact -- not opinion.

Well i saw the new nokia 6822 on the nokia web site. It says it has 850mhz compatibility(meaning cingular). This means it will release with cingular some time soon but when.

Nokia web site says to use the DKU-5 cable. Ordered one and installed software but it wouldn't work- I'm hoping because it was not original Nokia. I see on e-bay that some sellers have the CA-42 cable listed for the 6585. Would that cable work? What's the difference? Thanks for any input. The 6585 is a great little phone btw...had it since Feb...not disappointed.

I was wondering if it is possible to unlock a Nokia 6620 phone? I am fixin to buy a phone that a customer previosly owned and put a numeric code into it but then later forgot it and had to turn it back into Cingular, now Cingular is willing to discount it to sell it but it still has the old customers code in it that no one knows. Is there anway to hack it to reset it or something? Any help or info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Everyone!!

There is one thing that I dont like about nokia at the moment. I have a 6200 because I dont want to pay 350.00 for a phone that has alot of stuff that isint really necessary for me. All that I would like to have is IR transfer, voice tag, mp3 ring tones, speakerphone, calender and such, and maybe a few standard games. I dont need a camera cause they dont take the best pics anyway if I want to take pics ill use my digital camera. Does anyone know of any nokia phones that just have features that are similar to this?

When i recieve a text from a certain couple of people in my address book the number doesn't appear or the name. Only the begiining of the text. Any ideas?

As some of you may know, T-Mobile UK has alot of awesome phones [Samsung D500, Samsung E720, Black Razr]. Could I buy a phone online from them and take out the T-Mobile SIM and put in a Cingular one and use the phone, and just choose a small pay-as-you-go plan from T-Mob. UK?

🙂 I know that there is a way to program your number in your phone so that you can press and hold 1 and in will beep at you a few times and go through dialing and password and straight to your mailbox. My phone did this before and I changed it to try to do it myself and now I just feel stupid asking how to do it again. I'm a dealer, I should know this.

Greetings fellows, I've recently bought a Nokia 6800, which I have a feeling will have AT&T's software on. I'd like for this to have the generic unbranded software if possible, and I'm not adverse to spending another $50-60 in cables and/or software... the phone IS unlocked, but I have no idea how to go about flashing it, or where to get the software to do so. Could anyone shed some light?

why would anyone buy a nokia 6681 when the 3230 is coming out too? the phones seem to be IDENTICAL in features! so what is the difference and why did nokia make two identical(feature-wise) phones?
