I want to ask how to connect the E398 in my computer, in which infrared is not featured.

There are several ways besides infrared...
1 - USB Cable
2 - Bluetooth
3 - SD Memory Card Reader, if you have the SD to T-Flash Memory Card Adapter (only to tranfer files... not for internet connections)
