Beware of Wirefly/inphonic....

I was shopping around for a Razr online yesterday (before Cingular put it back up on their website) and found that Wirefly.com was selling it at $499.99 with a Cingular service contract, and including some free accessories. I signed up for the contract and the phone.
Today, I went to check the status of my order because their status site wasn't updating, and after digging up some well-hidden customer service and sales numbers on their site, I couldn't get through. (The call simply would not complete for any of their 800 or 888 numbers.) So I went to the parent company site (inphonic.com) and called corporate headquarters, who gave me another number that didn't work. Then I called them back, and was transferred to "The office ...
