Can this phone be unlocked , I am finally decided to get this phone as I dont know when v620 will be released.

Is Bluetooh on the phone be used for both file transfer and headset, also can I use mp3 ringtones on this phone.

Also for v551 is the Bluetooh really works for file transfer or I need a data transfer cable.
