V551 White Screen?
Has anyone been talking on the V551, Screen Changes to White, then the phone shuts off? Is this a common thing?

Yep! It's a known software defect in the first issue of the v551 (and a few other moto phones). If you're still inside your 30 day return policy, take it back to the store you got it from and have them switch it out with a model with the "BA" software. They can find this information on the barcode label. In the box under the words "V551 BLUE MOT" there's a number preceded by the acronym TRCV. It'll read something like "TRCV: SJUG0298BA" If it has "BA" at the end like that then the white screen defect has been fixed, if it has "AA" then it's one of the originals.
