How do I backup Verizon Motorola W755 to PC??

How would I back-up the phone contacts and pics and personal ringtones, etc.. to my PC from phone???

I was told that BITPIM will not work with Verizon and Moto W755...??

I could buy Phonetools but I hate to spend the money on that $69 or so for this simple task but will if I have to.
