NEWBIE: How To's?
Hi:
I've had a Nokia for the longest time, but I'm being tempted by the Razr. So, I'm trying to figure out how I would do things to the Motorola that I've done to my Nokia.
1. How do I unlock it to work with SIMs from other carriers?
2. I heard there are other kinds of "unlocking" on the Motorolas, such as feature unlocking. Can anyone explain?
3. Is there a way to change the default font? I like it smaller.
4. Can I sync with Outlook without MPT? Any open source / free software out there?
In general, does anyone maintain a Newbie How-To?

wiley since iave been using i885 i am suggesting that to u can opt for the same since it has all features all that u need

Pros & CONS:
PROS:
a) Very LOUD speaker.
b) MP3 ringtones.
c) Key pad is well desinged- superior than the 860.
d) Earpiece and Loud Speaker are great.
e) Larger Keypad for easy dialing.
f) Very well built, study feeling.
g) Vibrant color display. Looks Good.
h) Battery Life is Great. Keep Original Software.
CONS:
1) Does not have video playback
2) Wish it had as much memory
3) Should have offered cool bluetooth capability.
4) Camera quality (although better than the i860, in my opinion, Nextel could have put a 1.3 or 2.0 megapixel camera on this baby!)
