since i saw and handled both of them i am just giving you a comparative study
i885
PROS:
a) Very LOUD speaker.
b) MP3 ringtones.
c) Key pad is well desinged- superior than the 860.
d) Earpiece and Loud Speaker are great.
e) Larger Keypad for easy dialing.
f) Very well built, study feeling.
g) Vibrant color display. Looks Good.
h) Battery Life is Great. Keep Original Software.
CONS:
1) Does not have video playback
2) Wish it had as much memory
3) Should have offered cool bluetooth capability.
4) Camera quality (although better than the i860, in my opini...
