I need to unlock a V60i used on Quest, and use it on Suncom. Can anybody tell me what I need to do, or where I need to look, or even whether it is possible and worth my time investigating. Thanks.

You can try asking your cell network operator however this tends to end in dissapointment. Definately don't buy it from them as they will overcharge for what is essentially an infringement of your freedom anyway.
