MPx 220 - Conference Call Feature Missing...Need help!!!
Hi all -
I just got my MPx 220 this Thursday and ever since I got it I've been going thru most of the features of the phone. Today, as I was trying to activate the Conference Call feature it seems to be missing or not activated. These are the scenarios I did to test the Conference Call feature:
1. Called Phone 1 then dialed Phone 2 but on pressing the send button it gave me the error message: "The operation failed."
2. When I was on a call with Phone 1 then I ask Phone 2 to call. On receiving Phone 2 call, the accept and reject buttons pop up but I am unable to accept the call or after pressing accept it gives me the same error message as mentioned above.
In addition, when in a call the menu button does not have feature to put all 3 P...
