Major problem with my Razr (long winded)--->HELP!!!
I am utilizing this forum to troubleshoot this issue. I am a Verizon wireless consumer for approx 3 yrs. Never had a problem with the service or its product up until I purchased the Razr V3c.
My charcoal grey Razr was purchased 12/05 and since then it has given me problems. My chief complaint revolves around this phone needing to be programmed everytime I leave the state of FL. If I fly into NY, NJ..etc the damn thing goes down and is useless.
So each and everytime I get off the plane I am at the airport using a land line to program the phone. And boy does this phone require some setting up procedures for it to work again and pick up a signal. Worse is when I was in the Bahamas. Again totally useless and left me stranded as it was no...

i know there is a new software upgrade for the V3c , take it into VZW and have em check it out, update the software and then try it. It's free and if you still have problems the phone is covered for a whole year. Sounds like a hardware problem.
