Any idea about EDGE
Only corporate users utilizing the BES would gain any advantage from an EDGE based Blackberry. Email, text messaging, wireless calendar (and soon to be wireless contacts) require such little data that there would be no gain from an EDGE connection. True Web browsing would benefit from EDGE speeds but without a BES a user can't take advantage of the HTML browser.
