Which has a better MP3 player? Better Signal? Better Battery Life? Is the 5300 worth the extra 50 dollars?

5300 is the better of the 2 for MP3's. Battery life is about the same. The 6133 has such a high resolution screen that the battery drains out pretty quick. Depending on usage you'll probably get 2-2.5 days out of both phones before you need to charge up.
Signal is better on the 5300. I've used both in a location with low signal and the 5300 still made perfect calls on 1 bar while the 6133 dropped out a few times.
If you want all the MP3 features then go for the 5300 if you want the slick expensive looking phone go for the 6133.
