BlackBerry Pearl 8100
USING T-ZONES PLAN WITH PEARL
I'm on the smart access plan with T-Mobile, and I can't add the Blackberry plan to it. Can I do a little tweaking (like I did with my SDA) to get the internet and email set up? Or the only way it'll work is with the the full plan? I need to know before I buy, I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

call customer care. i am on the smart axcess family plan and they let me add the blackberry feature. it is on my account. they should let you use it were you can get it since it is only $20 per month.

Thanks for the reply. I called them two days ago, they said I couldn't. Maybe because I have the 1000 min plan with unlimited nights and weekends, mobile to mobile,the $4.99 text package, and the $5.99 Mobile Web. I guess thats too much? I may have to wait a year till I can add any full internet plan or BB plan.......

Are you still under contract? If not, cust care may add it under the guise of "retention". Otherwise, most reps shoot you down. Same with SK III. I have an SDA also, and am getting this phone tomorrow, so any help with changing the net to recieve T-Zones internet would be awesome!

Just signed up in June for a one year contract. I have an SDA as well, I had to tweak the settings to get full internet. Just wondered if I could do the same with the Pearl. I may have to get it and play with it a bit to see if I do the same, if not I have to take it back. I anyone does so successfully, please post your settings. Thanks

19.99 BB add on can be added to ay smart access plan. The full internet add on or sidekick are currently not available for smart access customers. Just pay the $250 deposit to be taken off smart access if you don't want the spending limit.
