SIM for n75?
Like with all new phones they are sending me a new sim.
My current sim is about 6 months old and shows "64K smart chip" on it. It was the newest one at the time.
I am getting this one per the order - SIM v.B 64K 410 UICC SIM -
Is it the same as what I have now?
Any benefit to using the new one and moving my stuff over to it?

If your current SIM says 3G on it then you don't need to use the new one. You can keep the new one as a backup.
If your current SIM does not say 3G on it, then you will need to use the new one to get 3G services.
