Picture on thefront Display?
I know the answer is probably no but since the front display of the 8700 is a narrow box, upon incoming calls do you get just the name/number or do you also get a mini picture if it is stored as a picture ID?

No, there is no picture that shows on the front display with incoming calls. You can not view pictures at all. You can see who is calling you if it is programed in otherwise it will just show you the phone number. It is still a nice screen though. It also tells you when there is a missed call and when there are messages.
