If I purchased this phone, can I use it for Verizon?
Are CDMA phones 'locked' like most GSM phones, or are they universal?
Would purchasing this phone on Ebay or from a sprint store allow me to use it on the Verizon network?
...
Nope sorry tuts....i mean you prob CAN use it but why would you want to? You wont be able to get on the Web, or even receive pix or vid messages with this phone on Verizon...If your sticking with Verizzle Dizzle, you might as well wait for the VX6800 coming out on Verizon soon. The Wing on T-mobile, Mogul on Sprint, and VX6800 are all pretty much the same. The Mogul however by far is the best....

why is the mogul better? its the HTC Titan, exactly as the VX6800. there may be slight software differences, but we wont know till the VX6800 comes out, and I doubt there will be that much of a diff. just like there is no diff between the sprint and verizon 6700s.

well for one unlimited internet... 2 phone as modem. 3 data roaming. 4 larger evdo with rev a. 5 because you trust me 🤣
just get the sprint one, verizon is almost the same except a small coverage difference and less user friendly

sprint gives free unlimited internet? verizon you can use as a modem, and i get much better coverage with verizon in brooklyn, than sprint. in fact i had sprint and would go roaming in major parts of downtown brooklyn, sprint told me to turn off roaming so i dont roam there, but then i couldnt use my phone! My dad used to ask how often i roam, he is with sprint, and he roams on I95 b/w DC and Baltimore with multiple dropped calls. so i changed to verizon, perfect ever since, never once been in roaming, my dad changed, never once roamed, no dropped calls. plus real pix/flix messaging, not that internet thing you guys have to do.

1) Verizon Offers Unlimited Data as of iPhone Launch day
2) See Point 1
3) Same Limits with both Sprint and VZW on data roaming
4) VZW is now 100% EVDO rev A
5) Sprint comes out slightly ahead (by $10), but Verizon has better Coverage on voice and data, plus better overall satisfaction... now the only thing they're missing is the Mogul!...lol

Yes it would work, but verizon will not allow it on there.
Ever since the 911 gps law Verizon and many other carriers load there esn# in the system when they get the list from manufacturer. They do this so our billing system can identify if it has 911 gos on it(by law it must) They would not have or have loaded the Sprint esn# and will not do it for you. Technically it would work, the device and service would not be 100% some stuff wouldn't function.
We used to slap sprint phones on verizon prepaid all the time back in the day 😎
