Anyone Having "No Sound Glitch"???
hey guys I was just wondering if anyone is experiencing a sudden mute glitch on the mogul, my phone will lose all sound when accessing windows media player or even for incoming calls, when I soft reset it will work fine but its happening more more frequently...help someone please or is my phone just defective?

That has actually happened to me a couple of times. I just turn the ringer off and then back on and it will work. It hasn't happened lately so i haven't worried about it.

I'm having the same sound glitch and was told by Sprint that they would have to order a new device. I just got my mogul on 7/17/2007...and my "no sound" issues started 2 days later...I called HTC tech support and they said it's not a none issue and I'd have to report it back through Sprint...

I had this happen too on the first full day of use. I used a headset with it then no sound. A soft reset corrected the problem and I haven't had it since. I remember my 6700 did this once but only once. Maybe it's a Windows Mobile deal.
