Greetings. Just ran through lots and lots of pages in the ppcgeeks forums. Those of you who don't have a problem editing your registry, installing non-certified (but definitely working) applications need to go over there and register. Get to the Titan forum, and they have really pounded on this phone with many many useful apps and wikis. I don't work for em, just figured someone like me could have used what I am typing at this very moment. Working MMS minus receiving videos, google maps, skins, etc.

Within EVDOforums, the site admin that has quite an e-repuation going, states affirmatively that within the future firmware update "in a few months," the GPS function will be enabled. Interestingly enough, the Titan and Verizon model may sport the GPS function right out of the box. I wouldn't hold my breath on full independent GPS function, but definitely telenav.
