Sprint music store
Hey guys, the sprint music store wont work on my phone. I try to go to it and key shows up on the screen in the top middle, i click on it and it says an application error has occured. Pretty sure i have the updated rom(2.09.651.3) any ideas?

Well when that happens to me, i just go to the Settings, Memory, and stop ALL programs. I wait like 3 minutes and it lets me access it then. BUT, i've been reading a few posts on the Sprint forum and unless the issue with the error codes 67 and 1012 are fixed it wont let you access the Sprint Music Store. pretty much because you need data access to get to the Music Store, and simple words its kinda like a car with no gas. Has the issue that Mobile_Trojan been resolved yet?

No, not yet, he said he was in training or something but would look at it later for me. Guy is awesome though...I figured the error codes may have something to do with it but i wasnt sure. why do "smartphones" have to be so complicated 😲

i dunno ha ha. same thing happened to me, in the end they had to do something with a new MSL and it erased EVERYTHING from my phone 😢
it was weird it went crazy out of no where but they got it fixed. They had to submit a ticket for me which got it fixed 🙂

ha ha i know! Hey, do you have anythiong downloaded to the phone? theres soo many things you can do...on mine, I can stream videos direct from Youtube, Google, Yahoo etc...added 15 new colors and backgrounds on the Today screen instead of the Sprint Yellow, Windows Blue/Green and Guava Bubbles, also send pix and videos to ANYONE thru their number instead of e-mail. Downloading Yahoo! Go 2.0 is waaaay cool. It lets you find places on Yahoo! Maps like malls, car dealerships, restaurants, directions to locations, and as i was telling someone just now, you can also Upload Pics and videos to your Myspace! but of course, you first have to do simple downloads which DO NOT have anything to do with error codes etc...If ya need help or would like to s...

that is one reason i wanted this phone! i heard and read about all the cool things people do with them. Unfortunately, i am a beginner and have not a clue how to do any of that stuff. I have been reading forums to figure it out but there are no instructions! basically tell you what you need to change and not how to do it. I dont even know how to download stuff on the mogul yet. I tried to get a reg editor but could figure out how to use it or get it on the device...i am an idiot but fast learner 😁

first of all i would like to know how to back up everything. i am not real familiar with activesync or how it works though i installed it on my computer. I want a reg editor on there( i do believe i need to unlock my phone for this as well, need help with that too). I want to be able to speed the thing up, add sms texting and picture mail, more today screen options, just the usual stuff.

oh okay. theres new ROMS you can download which make it WAY faster than the standard modem the phone comes with. do you still have the CD-ROM your Mogul came with?

I used to be in the same boat, 3 months later i know pretty much all about it! I can help ya out, cuz i was in your same situation! I was way scared to download anything because i was scared it would void warranty or mess up the phone, but nope! have had it with NO issues whatsoever 🙂
