depends when did you purchased your mogul, if it recent, then most probably your mogul have the latest rom, but if you are sure it does not have it, I would say yes it is not that bad, although it did not resolve the blueooth issue completely, I had better connection with latest rom.

Nah I copped mine back in Oct of 07 but if it don't fix the B/T issuse what's the point
