loose slider??????
i dont know if this has been mentioned or asked but the slider part is a little bit loose, compared to the 8500 when you slid it up it stays firm, on my 8550 i can take my finger and put it on top and it will slide down just a little?? anybody

This is a known issue in the south area. Take it back and have it replaced.
