black LCD screen

My new Chocolate LCD screen died out after 30 seconds. Is there anyway to keep it light as other LG phones. Please help.

I can only assume by "died" you mean it fades out.... You can change the backlight settings within Settings & Tools > Display Settings > Backlight

You selected " always on " ?

If you did and it doesnt work, take it into a direct store to get it looked at...

I did and they said there is nothing they can do. They will report to LG manufacturer.
