Yeah, I'm wondering this myself. I tried going to the mobile version of Youtube but it still hasn't worked. I'm definitley hoping that Youtube videos work though because I have been told that they will work so...

You're probably using the web browser and going to www.youtube.com or whatever site... that's now how you view youtube videos on this phone... there is NO flash player in the web browser portion of the phone... you have to use VCast video service to view the youtube clips... it's the only way... good luck

Well I heard from someone that you could go to the mobile version of youtube and view videos that way. Besides, how would you view youtube video clips by using vcast video since it' only comes with vcast tv service? Can yo udo like Google videos at all?

You heard wrong. There's VCast Video (short video clips) and then there's Vcast Mobile TV... you would need to subscribe to Vcast (Video) for $15/month to view the YouTube clips (under internet videos)... enjoy

Why do you think they wouldn't allow people to view the youtube videos online because the Iphone can view youtube videos if you know what i mean. Ok. I'm hoping I can view attachments in emails./ Well at least i can access aall of the email services that I would ever need to access.

Ok do me a favor. If you own the Voyager, go to the mobile Youtube site and actually try to view oa youtube video. If you are able to successfully do so then let me know. I played w/ the Voyager yesterday, went to the mobile YouTube site, and it didn't work. That's all I'm saying.

Went to browser, went to go www, typed in m.youtube.com, clicked through the "you really should have an unlimited plan before you do this" warning, selected the first video up, clicked on it. The screen goes vertical, the youtube control panel loads, and after a surprisingly short "buffering" period (I get good signal here), the video started to play. I have the premium plan.

So then you are able to respond back to Phonescoop forums on the Voyager because when i tried logging in, it just didn't work. I'll have to try that again for sure. So, it works pefectly for you? I mean sure, i have no idea why it wouldn't work if it is a full HTML browswer of course.

Also, Flash lite 3 was recently announced and it might be part of a software update next year if Verizon hears complaints. This would allow the browser to play videos from the main youtube site.

Just so peeps don't do the same "stupid" thing I did...........

Everyone has listed to go to the site m.youtube.com

When I type this in on my PC I do not need the WWW and even in the address window it does not fill it in...........just shows http://m.youtube.com

Well, on the phone I have to put a WWW in front of it for it to work, Thought my phone was messed up............wasn't.

Hope this helps someone else that is internet challenged like I am.🙂🙂

Yeah you sure are Internet challenged, www is not needed. There is nothing special about www, it is just a stupid default lame acronym (world wide web)that is not even needed. You can put in http://phonescoop.com and get to the same place with as www. You should be using http://m.youtube.com on your Voyager, more then liklely Youtube also added http://www.m.youtube.com for Internet challenged people like you that do not understand that wwww is not needed.
