Installing softward that came with Voyager

Has anyone experienced trouble installing the cd that came with the Voyager? I get a message saying "access violation" with a long address. Is this program available to install online if I can't get the cd to work?

My cd also came up with the same message. I downloaded Music Manager from the Verizon site without any problems.
