All phone already gone at 9am in Bridgewater New Jersey.
Me and my wife were the first ones standing in line on Wednesday, November 21st before 8:40 a.m. at the Bridgewater, NJ (Route 202) (store opens at 9 a.m.). When they finally opened up the doors, we were told that we would be the first to put our names on the list for the Voyager because the phones that were at the store and they were holding it for the people on the list. WHAT LIST? They were very persistant about not selling these phones to eligible verizon customers who are ready to upgrade. I believe the salesperson name is Sue. Why did they make us wait until 9:00 a.m. to tell us this nonsense about putting our names on the list. What happenned was this store was setting aside these phones for certain people. I also went to the Bridgewater store at 10:15 and was told the same thing. I then proceeded to the Circuit City in Bridgewater and they had them. Probably only about 10-15 though. I did get one. Not a big fan to tell you the truth. Call quality not as good as my Motorolas. What are your thoughts now that both you and your wife have the Voyager? I can't decide if it's just something that I'll get used to or if I should go back to Motorola!
And I agree...what is going on with that one Verizon store? I've had awful times there the past few times I went in! It used to be my favorite Verizon store. What other Verizon stores are around here?
