I saw a posting a few days ago on how to fix it so you can watch the full video...can't seem to find it.
Also, I called Verizon tech and when I finally...got to someone who knew how to do it we got disconnected.
One of the replies had, a step by step process I could tell the Verizon employees on how to do so.

Only one step is needed, ask them to remove the General or Unrestricted IP Pool.
