How does the helio ocean rate next to the voyager? I am trying to decide which phone to get.

well.. as in overall service... I got my money from helio a week before the Voyager launched.. they had my broken ocean since June 4th. their customer service is the worst I've ever encountered by far. same issues the people who reviewed them had on the BBB.
anyway, as for the hardware.. it's made by Pantech.. and they make crap. the speakers are muffled unless you set the phone face down on it's large screen, the keyboard slider stinks (the weight from the numberpad and screen are too much), the memory card port died in 5 days, the ear piece sounded like you were listening through a coffee can with both ends cut out and covered by wash cloths, the signal was OK.. but that's only because it's run on the sprint towers and of course depend...

Of course Helio customer service sucks, they are a MVNO. I see the same happening to Helio as did Amp'd Mobile, bankrupt. Go with a real carrier, not one that piggy backs on someone else's network. Go get the Voyager from Verizon Wireless, you will be happy with it.
