so i went to the store today bc my phone is acting up and they couldnt even put the software upgrades on it so they are mailing me a new voyager in the next 3 business days....will the phone they are mailing be brand new with stcikers on still and all ahhhh???

He's some dipshit on the internet that wouldn't know the difference. All phones sent out using the insurance program or an extended warranty are refurbished for all cell phone carriers. Why? Because it saves them money geniuses.

Theyre only brand new when swapped out with a phone in store in the first 30 days. After that they are refurbished models to save both the manufacturer and the dealer money. Why the hell would they give you a phone that they can sell for 479 when they can give you one they fixed that was going to be trashed for nothing? This is America not Easter Island welcome to capitalism.

BAD FOR ME!!! i pre-ordered my phone and when i got it, something went bad...went to vzn dealer and they were out of stock...so i called in and had them send me a new phone..well at least they told me they would be sending me a new phone..i open the box to find out its a refurbished phone..that sucks for me.. not even a month, and i get a refurbished phone...thats just BULL-SIT... btw I HATE U... 👿 jay kay.. 😁 ill wait till something else goes wrong with the phone and get another one..LOL!

Call Customer Service. They did the same thing to me and I called them and they check the local stores to find one that had one in stock.
